Calco matches ambitious, talented starters with demanding employers in the IT sector. The Calco Masterclass offers a multilateral IT traineeship and is an excellent choice for (nearly) graduated starters with a university or HBO degree, regardless of area of expertise.During this two-year long process at Calco I’ll receive an education as specialist, a challenging job with one of her clients and personal guidance during the entire process. In two months time Calco forms me into a proper IT professional. During the first month I’ll receive instructions in the basics of IT and during the second month I’ll specialise in, for example, Information Analysis, Programming or Projectmanagement. After finishing the internal education I’ll go to work with a leading employer, like banks, insurance companies, hospitals and industry. All while Calco offrs me continuous, personal guidance.After finishing the Masterclass I’ll get the opportunity to switch to the employer I’ll be working, making the Calco Masterclass an ideal start for a promising career.
