Mobilisation of an accommodation barge and preparations for the execution of the logistic activities on a pipeline installation project at Tetney, United Kingdom.Project for Phillips 66Tasks and Responsibilities:- Prepare and coordinate the mobilisation of a flat barge into a barge able to accommodate 120 persons during project execution. All done in accordance to the safety and environmental requirements of the client, the area (UK) and Van Oord;- Assist with the purchasing and expediting of materials required on board;- Set up the working structure for the coordination of the crew changes, the supplies and the reverse logistics. Implemented a database for the supplies and removal of materials and the personnel movements.

Brazil

Planned, organized and managed the material movement to and from the offshore field of consumables, raw materials, semi-finished products and equipment in the most time- and cost-effective way, in order to execute the shallow water pipelay project .Project for Saipem.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Prepare and coordinate the importation clearance for the vessel spread into Brazil;- Organize and coordinate supplies to vessels in field;- Coordinate the local procurement;- Calculate required consumables;- Keep track on stock and determine safety stock of consumables required for project execution; - Coordinate and organise the return of the subcontractors equipment;- Prepare and coordinate the exportation, demobilisation and return of the vessels.

Singapore

Coordinated the mobilisation of the SWPL barge Stingray for the project in Brazil as Logistic Engineer. Prepared the barge for the importation clearance into Brazil and made the preparations for the logistic activities for the project execution in Brazil. Tasks and Responsibilities:- Designed an information system in an Excel worksheet to collect and process all the required information about the materials and equipment needed to execute the project. Several internal and external parties were supplied with the required, specific information by using pivot tables created from the information system. This information system consist out of the worldwide purchased long lead items, the inventory of the items on board the vessels and all other materials/ consumables required to execute the project. All material movements were registered in the information system and the inventory list, status of procured items and manifest of supply runs were created from the information system. - Organize and coordinate transportation and custom clearance of all the materials needed for the modification on the SWPLB Stingray;- Coordinate the status and organize the transportation of all purchased long lead items, fabricated all over the world;- Prepared all documentation for the importation clearance of the Pipelay barge Stingray and Multicat Atlas into Brazil;- Responsible for the purchasing of the last project specific required materials, like rigging, waste management items, containers and regular ship spares;- Assisted with the arrangements for the loading and offloading of the Stingray on the semi-submersible, heavy transport vessel.

Joined the project as Logistic Engineer at the end stage of the project and prepared the demobilisation and final exportation.Project for CPC Corporation, TaiwanTasks and Responsibilities:- Organize and coordinate supplies to vessels in field;- Coordinate local procurement;- Organize (re-)exportation of equipment;- Organize export clearance from Taiwan

Project for Exxon MobileTasks and Responsibilities:- Coordinate the planning of all staff working on the project;- Coordinate and approve the planning of the crew on the vessels in relation with the crew change dates;- Arrange and coordinate the crew changes;- Book train tickets or charter flight for crew travelling on Sakhalin;- Arrange and coordinate all the accomodation and transportation for crew related to the project on Sakhalin;- Coordinate all the flight details, in cooperation with Crewing from Gorinchem, Rotterdam, Manilla and India;- Coordinate all visa related matters;- Working with the local authorities regarding the crew changes from the island to the vessels;- Created a database in Excel to keep track of all records in relation to travelling.
