De klant heeft een wens, ik help dat te vertalen naar een technische oplossing en zorg dat de developers snappen wat ze gaan maken.Complexe processen doorgronden en automatiseren zoals integratie van processen, beslismodellen en rekenmodellen trekt me. Als het dan ook gaat om een nieuw vakgebied, heb je mijn interesse al meteen mee.Een paar projecten waar ik met veel plezier aan gewerkt heb zijn MBAmo, Roberto, Radon, en MagOntslag. MBAmo is bijvoorbeeld een applicatie om MBA kandidaten een op maat gemaakt advies te geven over de universiteit waar de hun MBA zouden willen doen. De klant had dit als idee, maar geen enkele technische kennis. Samen hebben we een adviesmodel gemaakt dat een nu groot succes is.In mijn huidige rol als teamleider heb ik ook nog eens de mogelijkheid om mijn softe kant in te zetten en het team van leuke mensen nog lekkerder te laten werken en ook mijn ervaring uit eerder werk prima in te kunnen zetten om processen te verbeteren.RECRUITERS: Laat blijken dat je mijn cv hebt gelezen. Kom met iets concreets, dus niet met een "uitdagende job bij een bedrijf ergens in Nederland".

Amongst other things, I developed an extension to our educational software that helps us giving much better digital feedback on their work to the large number of students we have, while in the meantime it gives us better feedback on the results of the students.Also I started implementing the TOI-Pedia (http://wiki.bk.tudelft.nl/toi-pedia/Main_Page) as a means to publish the course instructions and tutorials for the students. Naturally this greatly helped reducing paper and made it easier for the instructors to update the information about the courses as they were constantly improved and thus for the students to have the most up to date information.
