A data-led growth and marketing expert, I am currently the CMO at Exoticca, where I lead the marketing function. Prior to Exoticca, I served as the VP Marketing of Plum, where I led the Marketing & Growth area, responsible for the Marketing function as well as Retention, Monetization, and Activation squads on the product side. Before Plum, I was the CMO at Colvin, the European scale-up disrupting the floriculture and gifting industry in Europe. Earlier in my career, I held the CMO role at Treatwell, the leading hair and beauty marketplace in Europe operating across 13 markets, where I oversaw the entire marketing strategy and execution. With over 10 years of experience, both on agency and client-side, my expertise covers branding, marketing technology, B2B and B2C growth, and best-in-class team setup and coaching. Outside of work, I have a passion for outdoor sports, particularly road cycling, running, and swimming.
