I was leading a team of 20 FTE across 2 departments (channel sales and strategic alliances) in 3 offices (Amsterdam, Ghent, London). I was part of the EMEA management team, reporting to the SVP of EMEA & Asia. After a successful IPO, my hands were itchy to start a new entrepreneurial adventure.KEY RESULTS- Restructured both departments, creating a ‘service-based’ layer to scale for future growth.
