As a relationship manager the one-to-one relationship became even more important as the contact with the client became more regular. These personal contacts could be at the BinckBank office, at the clients house, or at a special BinckBank event (BinckBank tour, Binck+ or the relationship management event). While not a part of my job, I have also assisted in presentations on investing. Topics were related to technical analysis or the theory behind derivatives (mostly options).Below you can find some articles that I've recently written for our academy service.

As a junior broker you are the first person clients will reach when they have questions. These questions can range from the specifics of using derivatives (options, futures), to not understanding why a specific order wasn’t executed. In some cases we had to place orders for the client. While it was very important to be very punctual, it was even more important not to neglect customer satisfaction during the process. Periodically we received ratings from customers about the interaction. This feedback was taken into account with our evaluations.

Some highlights: - Recommendation from Tom Van Eetvelde (former regional manager Basic-Fit).- High score on mystery shopping.- Managed to double the fitness facility in size and during the time of the project I had to cooperate with the main site manager and different suppliers. ----------As a teamleader I was in charge of a fitness facility and I supervised a group of 4 people. My main tasks included making sure that everything was running smoothly. This included:- Supervising the work of the cleaning staff.- Organizing employee work schedules.- Daily upkeep of cashflows.- Assessing employee performance and giving periodic evaluations.….It was a versatile job and during my time I had the privilege to take on a big project (our facility doubled in size). This task required a lot of responsibility and eventually led to a recommendation from Tom Van Eetvelde.

As a host (gastheer) my main duties were the greeting of the customers and providing first line support when questions arose. In this job I had to report directly to the teamleader. Another important part of my job was making sure that every customer got the service they requested.
