I make sure that new trainers are prepared to provide affordable training to (board) members of all student organisations. On a voluntary basis I create and execute a three day course alongside two other trainers. During the course I am in direct contact with a part of the participants to help them realise their personal goals.

I made sure that trainees could see their work (as board) from a fresh perspective and where necessary I was a moderator in order to create an open, constructive discussion about their work. On voluntary basis I was responsible for designing and providing training to (board) members of student organisations. Following the training, the participants could perform their work with new work agreements and enthusiasm.

Ik was werkzaam als stagiair van een onderwijswetenschappelijk adviseur binnen de curriculumherziening van de studie geneeskunde van de Universiteit Utrecht. Ik moest een advies uitdragen over of masterstudenten geneeskunde meer coschappen moeten doorlopen bij artsen buiten het ziekenhuis. Om tot dit advies te komen heb ik uitvoerig contact gehad met de opdrachtgevers over hun wensen, vooroordelen en aannames ten opzichte van het onderzoek en een eigen gespreksleidraad gemaakt om, verdeeld over meerdere extramurale artsdisciplines, bij drie groepen stakeholders informatie, wensen en ervaringen uit te vragen. Deze gesprekken zijn verwerkt, geïnterpreteerd en samengevoegd in een advies dat via de opdrachtgevers aand de curriculumherzieningscommissie is gepresenteerd.

Ik heb geassisteerd bij twee publicatie onderzoeken aan de afdeling Educatie van de Universiteit Utrecht. Bij één onderzoek was ik verantwoordelijk om het transcript te maken van de uitspraken van de participanten tijdens hun deelname aan het onderzoek. Bij het tweede onderzoek moest ik de transcripten analyseren aan de hand van de, door de hoofdonderzoekster, opgestelde methode en naar aanleiding van gevonden uitzonderingen of onverwachte uitspraken met de hoofdonderzoekster in gesprek over mogelijke aanpassingen aan de methode.

I delivered a literature study and an instrument that was used in the change trajectory towards "excellent guidance". The literature study was on the scientific basis of excellent guidance. Also I was responsible for the development, justification, and analysis of the instrument that could measure students' happiness concerning the guidance they received throughout all education directions of MBO Amersfoort.
