In July 2021, I joined APG, a large Dutch pension provider, as Secretary to the Supervisory Board. I also am active as Board Member for organisations in the areas of Arts & Culture, Sustainability and Sports.Previously, I was interim advisor to Stedin, an electricity and gas grid operator, to Menzis, a large health insurer, and to 2daysmood.com, a startup with focus on employee engagement. I have been advising Family Companies and Scale-ups on an ad-hoc basis.For over 20 years, I was Director and Company Secretary at SHV Holdings, one of the world’s largest and most diversified private companies majority owned by the Fentener van Vlissingen family (www.shv.nl). Before that I was part of the management team at Allseas, a privately held offshore oil and gas pipeline installation contractor (www.allseas.com). In addition, I have held several advisory and executive positions in companies, cultural institutions, charities and sports associations.I attained a LL.M. degree in Business Law and an M.A. degree in Business Management, Economics and Informatics at the University of Leiden, the Netherlands.
