SplendoMonitor delivers advanced cardiorespiratory function assessments by seamlessly integrating a suite of wireless sensors into a single, easy-to-use app. This powerful combination generates flexible and comprehensive datasets, serving as a vital foundation for optimizing both performance and health outcomes.

SplendoFit empowers researchers and healthcare pilot programs with valuable insights through at-home data collection. Leveraging assessments, questionnaires, remote patient monitoring, and a comprehensive health journal, it enables streamlined, real-time tracking of patient health, providing a robust foundation for research and personalized care.

Responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards at Splendo Consultancy and SplendoHealth. This includes establishing policies, overseeing procedures, and ensuring ongoing quality management to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 standards at Splendo Consultancy and SplendoHealth. This involves establishing security policies, managing procedures, and ensuring the protection of sensitive data through robust information security practices and regulatory compliance.

As part of the most successful fitness Kickstarter campaign of 2019, Whipr expanded its offering by adding app functionality to their device. Splendo was selected to build the first version and communication firmware. As the product owner and UI/UX designer, I led the creation of user flows, interface designs, and user stories.

The latest iteration of the X.bike app features a comprehensive UI/UX redesign, along with new and enhanced features aimed at improving usability, stability, and expanding market reach. These updates deliver a more seamless and engaging user experience while positioning the product for broader adoption.

A strategic pivot led X.bike to completely rebuild its software platform. As both Project Manager and Product Owner, I spearheaded the development of this transformation. With the launch of version 3, X.bike successfully shifted its business model from bike sales to white-label software licensing, unlocking new revenue streams and expanding its market presence.
