He is involved in every aspect of the process, from acquisition to financing to refurbishment, and takes great pride in realizing a property's potential.As a volunteer at TEDxEindhoven, Joost is part of the team that scouts for and coaches speakers with inspiring stories. He knows firsthand how challenging it can be to craft a compelling narrative and is committed to helping speakers share their message with clarity and impact.In addition to his work at EFFECT Photonics and TEDxEindhoven, Joost is a limited partner in caesar.: an €80M venture capital fund that invests in early-stage tech startups throughout Europe. He and his fellow partners, which he met during his executive MBA at Kellogg-WHU, provide pre-seed, seed, and Series A funding to the most promising tech ventures in DeepTech, HealthTech, GreenTech, and FinTech.In his free time, Joost is an avid outdoorsman.
