Jo prides herself on her approachability, responsiveness and going the extra mile to enable clients to achieve best practice selection processes through application of science, services and software in order to make better hiring decisions and realise better results.She is passionate about diversity and inclusivity and has presented research in this area at Division of Occupational Psychology (DOP) and Applied Business Psychology (ABP) conferences in the U.K. as well as at the International Conference on Applied Psychology in Sri Lanka and as a panellist at a Human Resources Institute of New Zealand event.Jo has a wealth of experience in training, development and assessment of practical and theoretical skills. She holds a City and Guilds 7303: Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector and a Graduate Diploma in Mathematics Education. Her activities undertaken in her free time as a Squadron Leader RAFAC within the Air Training Corps have repeatedly demonstrated an ability to organize and administrate effective training programs.
