I’ve spent my life coaching others beginning with martial arts when I was a teenager both informally as well as formally teaching the Kid-Kick Class to 4 to 6 year old’s and subbing in the adult class when needed. Through college from my time as a Resident Assistant coaching residents of the floor to being a Staff Resident responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the RAs and then into my professional career working with candidates and employers; training, coaching, and mentoring on best practices for recruiting top talent and marketing one’s talent to employers. My passion lies in services to others.
