-Own Lighting 3rd party qualification proess including distributors, project agents, OEM partners, etc;-Prepare and distribute 3rd party certification;-Maintain customer code creation process in QAD system;-Act as communication bridge between 3rd party and GE;-Comtrol projects conflict beween different sales teams and decrease cooperation risk;-Report to IREPs Global team for Great China data as well as Asia Pole.

- Be the main contact window to Marketing related activities and coordinate with other functions as needed. Manage and follow up with marketing leads. Coordinate sales events for marketing support. - CRM pipeline management by monitoring data inputs and reporting.- Oversee commercial operation for Lighting projects from project management, bidding proposal development, pricing analysis, risk evaluation to contract review.- Develop a proposal plan and schedule for all activities related to the preparation of the proposal, including R1 Screening (technical and scope) review, and R2 finance risk review- Coordinate proposal team incl. technical engineers, product managers, finance, legal, PSO and other functional teams to develop the proposal strategy and drive the process to meet the request both on contents and timeframe.- Support sales on commercial communication with customers. - Support sales to execute contract and change order for commercial portion.- Coordinate outsourcing process to meet project scope request on product selection, vendor qualification and contract negotiation together with technical team.
