As the Global Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Footprint, it is my responsibility and duty to drive our health and safety management system to protect the health and safety of our people. I take pride in leading with excellence, integrity, passion, fairness, accountability, and empathy; always remembering that our people are our number one priority. As a Certified Safety Professional, I enjoy contributing to the safety profession by actively participating in ASSP, teaching others as an OSHA Authorized General Industry and Construction Trainer, and leading the local Women in Safety Excellence (WISE) chapter for AZ ASSP. I recently published my first children’s book titled My Safety Superhero, a book that highlights the importance of working safely and returning home to our loved ones. Lastly, I take great pleasure in creating interesting and thought-provoking LinkedIn posts (mostly videos taken from my PARKED vehicle :) intended to engage the LinkedIn safety community and enrich safety knowledge globally.
