A/P & A/R operations. Develops and maintains manufacturing operational business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and company image. Establishes production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, maintains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, pick up and delivery dates of customers contents. Provides guidance in the development of an evolving contents processing plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility, vehicle and equipment needs. Ensures all established cost, quality, and production commitments are met. Ensures that files from all jobs are uploaded and maintained. Ensures that all information for job files is collected, current and correct. Develops, enacts and maintains a plan for warehousing contents, including inventory tracking, warehouse layout and procedures and necessary equipment. Performs administrative activities Associated with the effective management of operations, including compiling, storing and retrieval of production data for reports. Hire and train new employees in accordance with company, government and customer policies, procedures and regulations Conducts and/or facilitates ongoing staff training, to include bi-weekly safety meetings. Ensures that all employees are aware of and comply with all com¬ pany, government and customer policies, procedures and regulations. Completes and documents employee performance reviews on a bi-annual basis.
