As head of operations I'm part of the management team of Infi Holding. My responsibilities include overseeing daily operation, ensuring that the processes, systems, and resources are running smoothly and effectively, and that the operational goals and objectives are met. I also fulfill the (Technical) Project Manager role for 1 or 2 of our development teams. Responsibilities include implementing and improving an agile process (scrum/kanban), acting as a proxy Product Owner (translating business requirements to the level developers can implement them) and coaching individual team members on both soft skills and technical skills.
