Overseeing operations with the ever-growing basketball media company. Ensuring the brand grows through networking, marketing, advertising and constant development of the product that the company delivers to basketball fans. Obtaining media credentials and organizing partnerships with professionals and professional organizations in the world of basketball.

• Coordinates or assigns pre and post season maintenance work and contracts for all areas.• Assists in recruiting and hiring seasonal staff, and those positions requiring specialized training, certificates and/or licenses. (i.e. sailing instruction, lifeguards, tennis, etc.)• Oversees the daily operation of the Waterfront areas• Ensures waterfront is adequately staffed and payroll/operations expenses are within budget• Evaluates, disciplines and terminates seasonal recreation staff, as needed. • Collaborates with supervisory staff of park/mini-golf, playground, and tennis.• Coordinates with area staff for Recreation Special events including, but not limited to, Triathlons, 5K Raccoon Run, All Lakeside Tennis Tournament, & Sailing events. • Maintains budget tracking for sailing income and special events. • Contracts for specialized vendor services. (i.e. treatment for swim area, equipment, etc.)• Oversees a daily safety inspection of waterfront area, park and playground equipment• Conducts basic maintenance and repairs on selected recreation equipment & facilities, or issues maintenance work orders if job not easily repaired.

Responsible for managing, directing, coordinating, and conducting the Sports program that summer as it related to the theme. Planned and organized the appropriate activities biweekly for youth to participate in as related to weekly themes as coordinated by Program Directors

Primary responsibility consists of coordinating with outside vendors to plan programs for Active duty personnel, Reservist, and their family members, such as sky diving, zip-line course, stand up Paddle-boarding (REI), white water rafting, charter fishing trips, scuba diving, and skiing.

Responsible for providing guidance and implement the curriculum to encourage at-risk youth to imagine a positive future and discuss how current risk behaviors can be a barrier to a successful adulthood.
