Office of Student ConductI collaborated with my team and other departments to develop and implement a system to assess students' compliance for the UCSD COVID-19 testing program. Our goal was to create a system in which we could accurately track if students were following health and safety protocols in order to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 on campus.I represented the Office of Student Conduct in the Student Affairs Communication Committee to develop student friendly resources to educate them on COVID-19 related policies.I coordinate meetings for committees and the Director of the Office of Student Conduct. I organize various virtual trainings, workshops and Student Conduct Reviews. I also assist in managing our student employees by helping assign projects and coordinate their work schedules.I manage the office’s social media accounts and create content for the office website. I am also responsible for submitting expense reports and invoices for the office.

I demonstrated the ability to quickly learn the attendance system at an international university, evaluated attendance records for undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students and successfully educated colleagues on how to efficiently record attendance for undergraduate nursing students.I collaborated with the academic staff to update and format Competency Assessment Booklets for Second Year Nursing and Midwifery students, and to input final grades for students which I presented at the end of term Exam Board Meeting.

I completed data entry tasks on Microsoft Excel and created presentations via Powerpoint to report this data.In addition to gaining international work experience, I supported the consumer risks manager with ad hoc duties.

As part of my Master's degree, I constructed a business model canvas for the organization in collaboration with my thesis partner. I developed lesson plans that teach the importance of community and mentorship.To create our business model, I researched the systematic issues young girls of color face in society and presented a solutions landscape on how to combat these issues.

I assisted in administrative Information Technology office duties including filing, data entry, office organization, billing projects and processing employee financial travel claims. I developed a manual for the Information Technology Surface Hub and regularly updated the Information Technology website.

As part of my Master's program at the University of San Diego, I consulted on a project for Qualcomm to develop and present solutions surrounding issues of diversity and inclusion amongst millennial employees. In collaboration with my peers, I utilized design thinking methods and qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather data and present a solutions landscape to Qualcomm employees.

I assisted and transferred callers who needed information about the campus to ensure their needs were met. I supported the department by moving and setting up computers around campus for faculty and staff. I also diagnosed issues with campus phones and presented solutions to customers.
