I am a third-year Real Estate and Housing student attending the University of Guelph. I currently also have all the credits completed to attain a General BA degree. I have been working on a BA degree while also shadowing Real Estate. Through these academic programs, I have achieved research gathering skills from the many papers I have written, oration from class presentations, and teamwork from group activities and projects. I plan to get both degrees within the next two years and be prepared to enter into the industry I love. I have been working seasonally as an Environmental Consulting Technician running analyzers, entering data, writing reports, and interacting with clients, often in the industrial sector, to ensure that everything was in order and ensure that they were kept up to speed on our progress. I am used to working long days as the jobs can go for two weeks straight with 12-16 hour days and have the drive to see work-projects through to completion with a high standard of quality.I am motivated and determined to put the same effort I have put working as an environmental consulting technician towards the real estate industry. I plan to work long hours, maintain good relations with clients, and make sure that I always provide the quality service that I know that I am capable of.
