Lead a team of e-commerce experts and managers to deliver the vendor improvement plans for Amazon’s most strategic FMCG vendors. Enabling the team for success and scaling solutions across the EU Vendor Services organisation, building and improving processes to set both Amazon and our vendors up for long term success on the platform.

Ownership of the P&L and managing relationships for all Vendors within several categories of the Amazon Pet Supplies team. Responsibilities include meeting margin objectives, adding new and exciting selection, improving the customer experience and driving growth of the key Vendors in the different categories. Each comes with their own operational, profitability and growth complexities which are my responsibility to overcome and allow for unrestricted improvements.

Managing the relationship between vendors and Amazon UK for the Consumer Electronics category products. Responsible for obtaining 100% selection of products, ensuring the highest level of customer experience by providing consistent availability and maintaining the most competitive prices with fast delivery. I also negotiated deal buys of new products, arranged marketing promotional activity on and off-line along with creating site merchandising content for maximum brand exposure and sales.

I primarily handled large data sets in order to analyse and justify logsitical and supply chain decisions to create the most efficient and cost effective processes for Cummins in and around Europe, Middle East and Africa. I also got to be involved with projects such as the planning and implementing of central cross dock and logistics hubs in Europe as well as daily operations like handling shipments of engines and parts through the Cummins control tower.

I briefly held a position for Distinctive Wash as a Marketing and sales assisstant during promotional events such as the National Clothes Show. My key objective was to create a network with other companies who may wish to purchase the product in bulk whilst also spreading the brand name and making individual direct sales through promotional offers. This gave me great experience in how to approach and create relationships with clients and consumers in a face to face environment.
