In this position I work with customers by phone, email, or face to face interaction. Customer service is a large part of my daily job duties, along with having the technical knowledge to solve the issues. This fast paced environment has helped me hone my ability to provide confident replies to customers and increase multitasking proficiency. I also work closely with the rules and regulations provided by FERPA to ensure the security of our network’s devices and accounts. Other duties of my position are creating and modify knowledge-base articles for both public & internal use in accordance with our style guidelines for documentation, as well as, updating the training material for our new hires.

I spend my time handling various projects that have been both national and international for the Kansas State College of Engineering. This job has required me to organize and manage my time and work, as well as coordinate with my coworkers and clients to ensure the events run smoothly.

Manage user account creation, deletions, and issues. I make sure each employee is given the proper access for the position they hold. I have also worked on repairing computers by reinstalling operating systems and or switching out bad parts with new ones. In this role I worked a lot with HIPPA rules to ensure employee and resident’s information was secured.
