    My role consists of researching contracts, understanding the legal rights available to the company and the underline assets controlled by each territory. Key Achievements  Income processing - relies on accurate data matching across various systems and my team was responsible for adding over 370K new resources rights for claims globally.  Improving the UGC (YouTube, Facebook, etc) supply chain to add 125K new claims, which has led to unlocking $440K of new UGC digital income. Neighbouring Rights registrations for claiming with the relevant societies (SoundExchange, PPL, etc) releasing income previously held in suspense accounts.  Synch licensing and reviewing contractual details for each client to ensure we identify the correct rights to allow for a quicker turnaround issuing approvals.

Most notably representing Kobalt during our society visit to Canada. Occasionally assisting the development of processes within the Kobalt Recording & Product divisions, communicating with members of staff to provide insight from a customer standpoint on further developments to the AWAL app/online client portal; Quarterly processing statements received from multiple collection agencies, enabling client payment;
