Created programs and provided Technical Assistance to support CDC-funded Community Based Organizations (CBOs) in providing gender-affirming, status-neutral HIV prevention and care services to Transgender patients in 15 states across the Western US.

• Establish, lead, and supervise programs that provide transgender Coloradans with legal and financial assistance with their name and gender marker corrections though attorney-led workshops across the state, microgrants to defray or eliminate the cost of legal transition, individual pro bono legal assistance, nonpartisan policy and legislative advocacy, and innovative technology implementation.• Build partnerships with local and national transgender advocacy organizations, public services, and law firms to maintain and expand community access to CNCP initiatives; trains and supports volunteer attorneys and law students; ensures strict nonprofit compliance with various regulatory agencies; spearheads fundraising efforts, and develops metrics to quantify organizational effectiveness.

• Maintained integral aircraft fuel tanks and fuel cells of the KC-135(R) Stratotanker in-air refueling airframe valued at $39.6M to keep 57-year-old aircraft in service and prevent critical mission stoppage.
