For Anywhere Works, I take inbound calls for over 800 callers per day for multiple different companies. For my job position, I mainly take calls for medical facilities, but I can also receive calls from a construction company or even a food franchise company. I am able to transfer calls from the caller to an actual staff member at the facility, schedule appointments, and even take down messages to have the caller's call returned.
