I offered support to further HRD initiatives and assisted in day-to-day activities such as creating offer letters, salary workups, employee change of status, and reports needed by the team. Further, I assisted in the performance evaluation process and offered staffing support within a distribution environment.

Over the course of my internship, I was responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing employee relations among the company’s three locations, overseeing 120 employees. I was also responsible for issuing training to new employees and organizing company events while working directly with the CEO.

I provided administrative support to the company's leadership. Further, I assisted in employee onboarding, customer relations, and promotion.
