• Seek out new leads, set up meetings by phone and in-person, and provide up to date information to the team and our leads to ensure business production may be met• Prepare various types of orders for the customers final approval, and ensure the job is ready for pickup or delivery.• Bookkeeping; emails, voicemails, completing payments, taking jobs, organizing accounts, keeping our accounts in an organized fashion.• Production; accepting jobs based on my skills, complete customers' requests for jobs, complete production process, and/or assign the job to another producer. Check in with customers post-delivery to ensure successful job completion.• Operations Assistant; business-related errands, organizing, client communication.

• Arrangements prepared for deliveries as well as; production process, accepting orders, and keeping the inventory updated.• Delivery Driver; verifying orders, packing orders in safe storage for drop-offs, delivering orders to correct verified locations, proper sign offs for order slips, returning to the studio for turn in and updates of all deliveries. • Event set ups; preparing event products, setting up all products at these events including; weddings, funerals, private parties, public parties, work events, birthdays, baby showers etc.• Opening store; doors unlocked, lights/music/fans/ac turned on, voicemails/emails/mail checked, delivery orders and routes planned for the day.

• Organize items for sale on platforms accordingly, take photos of items, and write product descriptions for customers to review.• Quick responses to customers interested in products, schedule times and places to meet with customers, keep track of what is of higher demand and would accumulate more items if possible.• Keep platforms up to date with item sale statuses.

• Participated in sales and marketing ideas for the gallery, organized website sales and class scheduling, managed marketing outside of the shop, promoted offers we had for the gallery. • Organized art inside the shop to the best appearance, took care of pricing items accordingly, helped teach classes, communication with customers.

• Provided service for every guest in the hotel; information about the area, IHG membership benefits, billing details on the guests current/past/and future stays, as well as transportation services. • Guest arrivals; giving information about our hotel and the hotels services we provided, giving the guest directions to the room as well as information useful for their stay with us. • Guest checkouts; provided every guest with the option of a bill printed or email, future reservations, and the insight of the guests opinion of their stay.
