Managed a global team of Sales Executives and Business Development Representatives. Responsible for global new business revenue targets across APAC, North America and the UK for Athena Software (acquired by Social Solutions in 2021). Worked in tandem with Marketing and Product to ensure our roadmap matches customer needs while building out top of funnel campaigns. Collaborated closely with Implementation teams and Customer Success to ensure agencies are delighted with an industry-leading product and service mix.

Managed sales for Canada, United Kingdom and Europe for Athena Software (acquired by Social Solutions in 2021). This included all inbound and outbound lead management, all stages of the sales cycle and forecasting. Also a part of the marketing team assisting with all SEO, Google AdWord and referral site strategy. Responsible for global funnel metrics and reporting.

Managed new business for the Canadian market with Athena Software (acquired by Social Solutions in 2021). Included prospecting right through to closing new sales with clients in each province and territory. Managed global inbound/outbound lead generation and marketing initiatives including drip marketing campaigns, webinars, blog posts and SEO strategy. Assisted with marketing content creation including vertical and persona specific whitepapers, blogs, videos, infographics and landing pages. Led outsourced sales team for outbound calling programs.

Managed the Toy segment of Walmart Canada business for Crayola including in-store and e-commerce components. Responsible for increasing profitable revenue and market share working with cross functional teams both internally and externally including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Category Management. Achieved first-ever Holiday pallet program for Crayola in Walmart Toy. Increased Crayola submissions into the Walmart Top Toy marketing program, and assisted in execution with both the Calgary and Toronto events. Initiated first omni channel marketing plan for Spring and Holiday selling seasons, combining in-store and e-commerce selling platforms.

Tracked business trends, economic conditions, account developments, competitive actions and made recommendations relating to product assortments, promotions, pricing and merchandising. Improved all internal company-wide and account specific point-of-sale tracking documents for senior leadership. Initiated holistic selling stories for each key season, incorporating Nielsen, NPD, general surveys and point-of-sale data. Created and managed planograms for all major customers including Staples, Toys R Us, Loblaws, Michaels & Shoppers Drug Mart. Certified Level 1 and 2 JDA Category Management for Planogram creation.

Managed category of Canadian business including Disney girls properties and GPAN (Games, Puzzles, Activities, Novelties). Liaison with key account retail teams to facilitate national and regional promotions for both online and in-store channels. Responsible for all synergistic marketing initiatives with Disney Studios, Home Entertainment and Interactive Games group. Initiatives include print, television, and web promotional projects. Assisted with business development in multiple categories including product development, market/consumer research and licensee relations.

Worked under the Campus Recruitment department of Research in Motion as a part time employee. Responsible for organizing and running promotional events, recruitment sessions and personal interviews with potential co-op candidates. Liaison between co-op department and RIM human resource personnel.

Liaison between Handheld Management team and internal development teams as well as external partners. Project lead for the QCL database system which tracked and documented internal development processes. Used programs such as SAP, Excel, and LiveLink to analyze inventory trends. Presented analysis to senior managers including continuous improvement findings.

Worked in the Toys category of Disney Consumer Products reporting to the Senior and Assistant Manager. Acted as liaison between the Toys team and Walt Disney Studios organizing synergy opportunities with DVD and theatrical releases. Assisted key account teams such as Walmart, Sears and Toys R Us and major licensees with weekly and quarterly promotional opportunities. Responsible for licensee relations and brand management with licensees such as Mattel, LEGO and Hasbro.
