Joined Community Savings Credit Union's newly formed CCEC Branch from the merger of the CCEC Credit Union into the Community Savings Credit Union brand on April 1, 2023. Taking on a leading role on membership and business growth for Community Savings most recently opened branch. • Account management of business and personal bank accounts. Providing solutions to clients everyday banking needs through various products and services.• Team lead for any business related accounts, account openings, business products and services.• Supervision of front-line staff ensuring all efficient daily operations and adherence of established guidelines. • Cash Management – Main branch employee responsible for daily cash balancing. Ensures daily cash levels are compliant with insurance policy.

The Member Relations Team ensures Coast Capital Savings upholds its commitment to the complaint resolution processes in accordance with Financial Consumer Protection Framework (FCPF) legislative requirement while working to improve member experience. • Handling of escalated complaints with varying degrees of complexity which cannot be resolved by front line staff (Branch Managers and Contact Centre Managers)• Risk management through investigation of escalated complaints by identifying operational gaps within organizational policies and procedures• Stakeholder engagement with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve member experience• Providing governance and oversight of front line complaint handling• Case management of over 100 individual cases throughout the year of 2022, with resolutions.
