Managed the day to day operations of the oldest privately owned and operated retail boutique in downtown Greenwich Village, NYC. Took great interest in the inner workings of business and learned how a small business runs successfully.Duties included but were not limited to:Attending industry showcases to create and maintain vendor relationships. Always in pursuit of new lines that married both style & quality to invigorate our existing inventory.Making decisions on what new products to bring into the business while making seasonal buys with existing vendors as well as maintaining shop inventory.Restoring the boutiques reputation and place as a high-end, one of a kind Greenwich Village staple; With a one of a kind experience with access to exclusive artisan brands you couldn’t find under one roof anywhere else.Created and maintained both website and Facebook page activity. This included both photography and merchandising.Merchandised the entire showroom and was in charge of the shop’s overall appearance. Often including doing the primary window display myself when not finding local artists to create a monthly display.As sales manager I created and sustained meaningful quality client relationships that exist to this day in many cases. Willing to accommodate our clients by any reasonable means necessary always intending to exceed expectations.

While recovering from my treatment , as my health would allow, I’d give private music instruction. Teaching students of all ages how to use today’s technological advances to turn any Laptop or PC into a top-notch recording environment and begin teaching them how to use the studio as you would a creative instrument as well as traditional guitar lessons.
