Operations Manager:Key Objectives – To manage the back-office staff and oversee back office functions including machine order processing and field service activities, developing robust processes to ensure cash flow activities are maximised and a high quality of service is provided to our customers and internal staff at all times.Responsible for:- Customer Service- Order Processing- Cash Collection- Consumables/Machine Stock- Machine Contracts- Meter Billing- Installation Scheduling

Responsibilities include:- Manage staff to ensure the highest standard of customer service is offered.- Liaise with directors and sales managers to ensure service level agreements are maintained with customers.- Implement and manage processes to control all service related issues for over 2500 printers across the UK.

Responsibilities included: - Assessing the performance of resource planners on a daily basis.- Source of escalation when customers called in with issues.- Scheduled engineers from all over the country when covering annual leave and sickness.- Liaised with service managers to improve communication between engineers and planners.

Essential to our ongoing 1st class service between our customers and service engineers, the Engineer Resource Planner ensures that call outs are managed and carried out in a timely manner and that customers receive all the required support needed.Skills Required:- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written- Being able to plan ahead and preempt any foreseeable issues- A good understanding of UK and Ireland geography, not essential as training will be given- Ability to multi-task and prioritise large workloads- Handling pressured situations within a demanding environment- Managing the customer’s expectations under difficult situations- Adaptable to new situations with regards to cross training within the Engineer Resource Planning Team
