Lucha is my first 100% full-time manager schedule. I was an assistant manager for 4 years at Ms.Tootsies but moved to a higher position about 6 months ago. I am responsible for payroll, scheduling,training, cash payouts, discipline, security and just basic overseeing of the restaurant. I handle eventpromotions and bookings, vendors, customer service, cash handling, and deliveries. This includesrunning the full weekend closing duties every wed-sat at an old city late night location. I am alsoresponsible for bringing in new customers and promotions. I regularly visit locations surroundingthe restaurant to bring news and advertisements into the restaurant or its sister location NationalMechanics.

Server; Banquet Server; Server AssistantResponsibilitiesAt Ms. Tootsies I work as a server mainly. In this restaurant I've learned many things, mostly about multitasking. The sheer amount of volume capacity is different from what I'm used to there are 3 floors all working simultaneously totaling about 250 people being served on a weekend night. There are 3 main dining floors, 2 bars and two event rooms where parties from 50-150 can be served. On any given night I may have served both catering, special events and the main dining room with actual tables. In Ms. Tootsies we offer weekly and daily promotions, food and drink specials, along with many other duties. I currently work 40 hours a week. I also attended a RAMP CERTIFICATION CLASS and received my certification.

Bartender/Trainer/TOGO SPECIALIST/At the Olive Garden I work as a server, Togo specialist as well as a bartender. In this job, I use the Micros Computer System that I am already familiar with. I work part-time here and it is a fine dining fast paced restaurant more similar to the pace of IHOP. Part of my job here is cash handling, including debit, credit, cash and even gift cards. I also must endorse, daily, weekly, and monthly promotional items. Not to mention I train new servers. I worked about 30 hours a week.
