• Established and enforced IT policies addressing communications security, internet and e-mail usage, access controls, and incident response for 200 users maintaining DoD systems accreditations. • Conducted cyber training annually for 100 personnel to improve user awareness of threats and mitigation. • Managed lifecycle replacement for workstations, printers, mobile platforms, network infrastructure minimizing threats posed by end-of-life devices. • Utilized Active Directory to create, delete and manage user accounts within the NIPR Department of Defense enterprise systems. • Reported all emergency networking issues to Tier II network team, to resolve user issues within a timely matter to avoid potential loss of labor hours. • Managed computer help desk supporting over 400 customers, trained four personnel in effective troubleshooting methodologies for computer hardware and software resulting in improved performance of enterprise systems.
