- Ensure engagement through variety of training techniques including and not limited to in-class, 1-on-1 coaching and virtual facilitation- Confidently facilitate learning courses and programs, ensuring delivery is aligned with the objectives of the company and its partners- Perform administrative tasks such as managing results, participant enrolment, training room prep and schedule adherence and compliance- Maintain production knowledge and stay up to date with policies, processes and procedures- Assist recruiters by reviewing potential candidates and job fit.- Assess employees skills to identify training requirements- Curate training materials and content to ensure programs remain up to date

- Effectively manage attendance, adherence and support for my team of 12 agents- Confidently lead group based huddles and camps focused on site targets- Perform 1-1 coaching with my agents on a weekly basis - Ensure my team's metrics are above the company expectations
