This includes all documentation completion, drug screenings, DOT employment verification, and background checks. Upon completion of these items I input their information into our SAP system as well as set them up in our insurance system.Administrative oversight of all incidents and injuries. I am responsible for responding to all TWC requests as well as requests by our insurance provider for any accidents that occur on the job.My duties also include handling payroll for our company, which requires I migrate hours worked from our timekeeper to our SAP system to process payment.All general auditing and file keeping are included in my responsibilities. I personally oversaw payroll for hundreds of contractors during leave for our regional payroll representative for multiple months.Screening all incoming phone calls to our Austin office, and redirecting as necessary. Ordering office supplies as needed.
