During my 4 years of working, I have gained valuable experience, which has given me strong foundations to be successful in my future career. I understand the need for strong customer service skills and that this can determine whether a customer or client buys, remains a customer and even recommends. Much of, if not all my work, has been facing and dealing with customer needs and in the last year I have also gained an excellent understanding of ordering/processing and supervision skills. I have an excellent knowledge of computers, am enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills. My ability to get along with people at all levels means I can work well on my own or as part of a team and I also respond well to instructions. Having the supervision roll at a young age meant I gained valuable experience in being a strong, pro-active supervisor empowering staff to take control and providing teaching to staff members making sure that the company targets set are met, also providing training to build cohesive teams working together so that the company objectives and targets set are achievable.
