CurrentStrategic Planning and Implementation: develops, implements, and manages the business development and client services plans for 3 departments and 2 specialized groups with over 50 attorneys. Works on firmwide client team initiative to further support client development and firm cross-selling efforts. Leads LinkedIn business development focused training for mid-senior level associates. Develops content for the same. Manages strategy for TerraLex involvement for the firmEvent Strategy and Management: manages business development and clientservices functions, events, and opportunities for core departmentsDirectories and Awards: manages core department’s profiles on online directories and referral sites, submits information for attorney and firm awards, promotes awards, and determines which directories should be launched and maintainedCoaching/Training Attorneys: coordinates training in business development and client services for attorneys. Tracks progress and encourages tailored business development opportunities for each attorney and department Technology and Innovation: lead and implemented podcast initiative for key department and firm. Continues to lead effort and has successfully launched 10 episodes since inception in January 2022Public Relations: Works closely with the PR team to drive opportunity and visibility for assigned department practitioners in various third-party publicationsAdministrative and Budget: responsible for maintaining budget for core department.
