The Corporate Development Program is a 90-day developmental program designed to prepare Associates with the foundational knowledge necessary to be successful in the insurance industry. This consists of six weeks of experiential learning as an internal associate. The program provides associates with both leadership and technical skills necessary to perform well in their new role and fundamental industry knowledge to build a lasting career in the insurance business.

Agency Systems and Customer Service Support Associate serves in a hybrid role assisting both Customer Service and Agency licensing as needed. Experienced clerical assistant that works well in Excel, Microsoft Office Word, Salesforce, Webrater, and OneNote to carry out daily responsibilities as well as assisting with projects in multiple departments. Responsible for analyzing communications between our agents and other agencies to pin-point problems or miscommunications that result in lack of quotes, applications, and policies written.Collects payment data into system, issue receipts, mail out refund checks and update accounts to reflect new balances. Scanning and processing forms to policies, creating reports, spreadsheets, and other types of documents which often contains sensitive and confidential data. Managing the monthly tracking of the attendance time sheets and productivity counts for employees. This role throughout time expands and requires knowledge of multiple different departments as well as being able to fulfill projects and tasks for those departments as necessary.
