At RTA I worked on implementing and integrating new features into our wide range of industrial communication gateways and stacks. This included developing and maintaining embedded software, designing new customer experiences, and continuously advocating for improved software quality. - Developed a customer facing security API - Reduced duplicate code and improved quality on shipped products using C++ - Implemented new features into an existing OPCUA stack - Integrated embedded software products on a new hardware platform to include Wi-fi support - Drove UI refresh for a new product using Angular - Designed an inter-process communications system for Linux based micro-services - Provided triage technical support to customers - Debug industrial protocols using Wireshark - Used Python to help develop and debug features

- Desk staff checks in patrons and monitors their safety- Instructs patrons on basic rock climbing and belaying techniques- Route setters are responsible for stripping and setting new climbing problems and routes.

- Performs various tasks to ensure equipment is prepared to be sent out for events- Assists with the setup of staging and lighting equipment for events- Ensures that once equipment is returned that it is clean and in good working order
