As the Assistant Head of Production at Clerisy Entertainment, I oversee the post-production department and ensure the smooth operation of various projects. I communicate with different teams, contributors, and broadcasters, manage budgets and schedules, and lead post-production meetings. I also compile and deliver weekly updates, monitor deadlines, and supervise a team of contractors.I have a degree in Business Administration from NSCC, with a major in Accounting. I started my career with Clerisy as a Production Assistant, and quickly advanced to a Lead Production Coordinator role, where I provided support to the administrative team on ongoing productions. I have developed skills in written communication, contract negotiation, video production, and team motivation.
