• Translate subtitles from English to Spanish and Spanish to English• Translate announcements and speeches from English to Spanish • Speak with Spanish speakers on behalf of the organization

• Develop and execute all safety programs, oversee workers’ compensation claims and safety training• Inform and assist all employees with any work related issues and benefits and translate for employees• Use knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks to assist with payroll and record keeping • Interact with wineries to sell grapes, negotiate contracts and schedule harvest and other farming practices. As well as ensuring all billing of grape sales is correct.• Repair and run irrigation equipment• Assist in developing new vineyards
