As a security engineer at Chubb Fire & Security Group, I service and maintain fire and security systems for various clients across the region. I joined Chubb in March 2023, after completing a comprehensive training program that equipped me with the technical and operational skills required for the role. Before that, I worked as a leakage technician at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group), where I detected and repaired water leaks using advanced equipment and techniques.In my current role, I enjoy applying my problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of the customers. I also value the opportunity to work with a diverse and supportive team of engineers, who share their knowledge and experience with me. I am motivated by the challenge and variety of the work, as well as the potential to learn new skills and technologies. I am eager to contribute to the organization's culture of excellence, innovation, and customer service, and to bring my unique perspective and experience to the team.
