Launched the first-ever Persian prepared frozen food brand. Based on traditional recipes, but with a modern twist, Baaz Bites combined the all-time favorite Persian dish known as tahdig with various Persian stews. Following a successful launch at a Los Angeles-based farmers market, Baaz Bites secured retail distribution in grocery stores across Los Angeles.

As an investment analyst intern with Mexico's leading early stage venture capital firm, my responsibilities included authoring sections of the private placement memorandum and investor presentation ahead of the firm's second fund launch, identifying potential investment opportunities in Mexico's up-and-coming start-up scene, and mentoring first time entrepreneurs in the firm's incubator program by writing up business plans and constructing financial models. Additionally, as part of my senior thesis on the rise of venture capital and entrepreneurship in Mexico over the past decade, I interviewed various stakeholders, including government officials, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and economists to determine the primary drivers behind the growth of this ecosystem and the sustainability of the space moving forward.

Created the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to combat food insecurity and food waste through a community-wide recycling initiative. The organization has raised over $30,000 and donated over 38,000 pounds of food.

As a wealth management intern, I collaborated closely with an experienced Financial Advisor to create and refine portfolios for 80+ clients based on client profile, including risk appetite and investment timeline. Additionally, I engaged in fund and single security research to determine undervalued investment opportunities.
