Supporting the retention and growth of profitable relationships through identifying and satisfying stated and unstated customer needs, and making the appropriate referrals to internal financial consultants, wealth advisors, and mortgage brokersBeing duly diligent, taking initiative and utilising sound judgement when making decisions that involve high-value transactions, data requests and confidential customer informationKnowledgeable of the different types and purpose of current and saving accounts, borrowing facilities and mortgage products offered by the retail bankHigh competence in interpersonal communication and the management of personal customers in the retail banking sectorUp to date and strong working knowledge of LBG, FCA and BoE protocols and procedures used to meet the requirements, restrictions and guidelines designed to create market transparency between banking institutions and the customers with whom they conduct businessWorking closely with ‘Fraud Operations’, reporting suspicious behaviour and taking proactive measures to prevent unlawful actions engineered to result in loss of customer money and dataProvide support in the retention and servicing of the needs of wealth and high-value business clients to a high level resulting in high customer satisfaction and company loyaltyShowing leadership and decisiveness when solving complex customer and colleague issues in a pro-active and timely manner
