Primarily supporting our internal staff members across two of our four UK regions (Central and West) to ensure that they have the tools and IT assistance they require to deliver exceptional service to our clients. As IT Service Delivery Lead I interact with external providers large and small to maintain a good level of service expected of them, whilst also holding our internal IT support department to account working closely with the Head of Support and Head of IT to adapt and continuously improve the IT support offering.

Working mostly on centralisation projects to move all data and applications onto AWS servers, ensuring that applications can run using App-V deployment & that file permissions are transferred and adapted to the new shared drives. This also involved project managing large-scale and complex activities, whilst maintaining consistent contact with key business stakeholders.

Working with the IT Support Desk to ensure that complex issues can be troubleshooted and resolved under tight agreed SLAs. This role also involved occasional projects for data migration, software deployment, and more. During my time in this role, I effectively was system owner for the Anti-Virus solution for the group, supporting over 5,000 internal members of staff alongside running support for Internal and External client bases.
