I moved away from direct coaching, to a role more focused on strategic planning for the future of the club, ensuring its legacy and longevity as one of the strongest clubs in Norfolk.The club has risen through the leagues to now participating in the highest standard possible on a Saturday, expanding its membership and now providing cricket for 150+ members.I also manage the complete online presence for the club too, creating and sharing content on social media to expand and develop the clubs profile.

- Fundamentally, I oversaw four assistant coaches and released weekly training plans that addressed the needs of our playing membership. I discussed progress with key stakeholders and when required, produced end of season, individualised report cards.- I often lead discussions as an area expert, and produced and distributed targeted advertisement for our clubs social media.

- I lead, motivate and coach a team of up to 15 (and at peak times, it has been up to 20!) advisors providing training, tools and resources to empower them to do the best job possible. The team is often a mixture of permanent and temporary members, which provides a mixture of challenges to navigate all whilst trying to strive to achieve a set criteria of KPIs. I also coach and assist in each of my own teams personal and professional growth, helping them design their own personal OKRs to work towards alongside their set KPIs.- I pioneered cross-business customer contact sessions which saw senior managers from various departments review customer-advisor conversations under my guidance. At its heart, these sessions are designed to connect the rest of the business to what our customers are really saying, in order to build a clear picture of customer needs and therefore improve retention. I advertise and plan out each session monthly, as well as track notable metrics off the back of each meeting. I also built in the use of NPS scores and comments alongside live contact review to see overall sentiment.- I continuously improve our induction, onboarding and early training for any new team member who joins Naked Wines. Temporary, Permanent, and sometimes Wine Advisors. The changes implemented so far have led to a dramatic improvement on staff retention, improved trainee and trainer experience and improved customer service from new starters within their first month. I lead on tracking each key metric in order to ensure the changes/tweaks being made were effective.
