Current- Serve as first point of contact for thousands of advertising agencies, radio stations, cable systems, and MVPD's across the country using eMediaTRADE's SaaS platforms - MXD, AdCore.
- Experience with OTRS trouble ticketing system.
- Have a grasp of the 4A’s format.
- Understand the processes of various traffic systems and agency systems - MediaOcean, Smartplus, Strata, Wideorbit, Radiotraffic, etc..
- Hold training sessions with customers to further their knowledge of the EDI cycle.
