Jordan Fein, Chief Executive Officer at Greenbox Capital and Verify My Banks, is responsible for leading the creation, development, and execution of the companies’ strategy with an innovative vision. Early in Jordan’s career, he recognized that healthy businesses with the ability to generate cash were having a difficult time borrowing from banks due to lack of tangible assets. Upon starting Greenbox Capital in 2012, he also realized that in the largely technological world in which we live, operating a finance company using manual processes simply would not satisfy demands. “The Box”, Greenbox Capital’s proprietary software, released in 2016, is an automated underwriting and servicing enterprise solution, which stands head and shoulders above other fintech products. The Box enhances the customer experience by offering a seamless checkout process and funding in less than 24 hours. For resellers, it offers deal security to brokers vastly improving the speed of funding and quality of underwriting, for scaling, and overhauls traditional means of obtaining capital with a seamless experience for the customer. For Greenbox’s clients, they can have the piece of mind that the funding experience is as seamless and hassle free as possible, using an automated process, allowing them to avoid the cumbersome approach they may expect from a traditional lender or a less sophisticated fintech company.In 2018, Jordan founded “Verify My Banks” (VMB) a SaaS company built around open banking. VMB gives lenders the ability to verify account information quickly, accurately and in real-time and borrowers the ability to manage their payments in one place. Since its inception, VMB joined the Financial Data Exchange (FDX), a nonprofit organization dedicated to unifying the financial industry around a common, interoperable and royalty-free standard for the secure access of user permissioned financial data. VMB is a part of both the US and Canadian arms of FDX and Jordan participates in multiple working groups and task forces within FDX USA and Canada.A graduate of Florida State University, Jordan studied Finance and Economics. His natural ability in mathematics and curiosity with human behavior and motivation allowed him to succeed in these areas of study which he now successfully applies to his chosen path in Leadership and Business Management. A lover of animals, Jordan contributes to the Humane Society as a volunteer and incorporates volunteer opportunities into the culture of Greenbox, encouraging his staff, and other communities he is involved with, to do the same.
