Conduct day-to-day project coordination, planning, and implementation across multiple teams, manage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding and storing employment documentation for all of UKHC IT department. Analyze and edit weekly reports and data use by multiple departments. Provide administrative support for all of IT and other areas as needed.

Managed complex mailing projects sent to donors andpotential donors, directly managed student workers and oversaw their day-to-day tasks as well as analyzed, edited and worked with data in Excel to be used for mailings and calling. Daily customer service tasks were required as well.
