The main point of contact between the Customer Happiness and Marketing Teams at Oddbox. I helped ensure that both teams are up to date on the others actions and projects, so that everyone has the information needed to succeed. I represented the Customer Happiness team in all marketing projects to to provide a customer focused perspective. I also managed the Customer Happiness Team in all marketing related tasks. This included social media, alongside tone of voice training and support.

My skills in illustration exist primarily through traditional mediums of pencils, inks, pastel ext. However, I can create works through Photoshop if preferred. Much of my illustration portfolio lies in my personal work, experimenting largely in character images but occasionally branching into landscape and still life.

Being a Cheese Monger requires an ability to take on a large amount of product knowledge and continue developing versatile skills in customer relation. Customers come into the shop with a diverse set of goals and needs that I must be able to listen to, consider and then meet. I am required to have an in depth amount of product knowledge in order to be able to select and offer the cheeses that best suit the wants of each client.

At Summerhill Pyramid Winery I worked both as a host for wine tasting and as a tour guide for the winery estate. During peak season this meant often hosting tasting of up to four groups at once, with myself having to engage with each group to understand what product (which wine) they would enjoy. As a host this also required me to act as an entertainer for them, telling them about the product and laughing at all their jokes.As a tour guide I would take people around the winery once or twice a day. Throughout the tour I would explain to them the processes in making our wines, from the vineyard through to the cellar. This would end in a wine tasting which would often number up to sixty people. Skills in crowd management and salesmanship were put to the test to make sure every member of the tour felt included and looked after.

I worked as a level 2 CSIA qualified ski instructor at Big White Ski and Board School for the winters of 2011-2016. As a professional coach, I learnt important skills of teaching, entertaining and customer engagement. Working predominantly with children I had to consider child's wants from the lesson; to have fun and ski! I also had to think of the outcomes the parents wanted; to teach their kids while keeping them safe. This meant for a complex managing of client relations, further enhanced by the presence of multiple children in the one class.

As an engagement officer on the student council at UNSW Art and Design, it was my job to promote student involvement at the campus. This meant the managing of weekly events such as free lunches on Tuesday and breakfast on Fridays. I also managed in the organizing of movie nights and assisted in starting up an exhibition showing off works by exchange students on campus.

As a member of the UNSW Art and Design Grants committee it was my job to assist in deciding which applications made for the UNSW Art and Design Grant would be supported by the university. This meant examining all applications prior and up till the deadline each semester, to later meet with the three other members to discuss.
