I owned strategic operations processes for delivery driver acquisition, including a comprehensive re-evaluation of hiring products and workflows that resulted in an end-end process rebuild that reduced the overall hiring time from 8 hours to 3 hours in 6 months.

I performed an in depth needs assessment to identify opportunity for training and professional development among delivery drivers and truck operators. I built courses from scratch and delivered them via learning software to employees.

I worked on multiple projects that broadly involved research on early math skill development, executive function, and teacher training.

As part of a course on research methods, I administered tasks to students designed to assess their executive function abilities without a high demand on language skills. This measure provided a more equitable way of assessing children from different language backgrounds upon their entry to school. Inspired by this experience, I created my own research study to better understand children's self-regulation in preschool classrooms. Informed by cognitive development and neuroscience research, I designed an observation tool for teachers and administrators. I found that the relationship of teachers and students best predicted overall self-regulation of students

I was responsible for curriculum development across all subjects. As part of an emphasis on the social and emotional learning program, I piloted a Mindfulness Program that was later adopted across the elementary school.
